Reggie Rouzan - Director of Marketing and Finance.

As Director of Marketing and Finance, Reggie Rouzan contributes to the oversight of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the central office. His primary duties include recruiting, athletic media relations, promotions and financial advising.

Rouzan comes to Elite Sports Agency with a diverse external relations background having worked in various sports and entertainment sectors (corporate, collegiate and financial). Reggie was Associate AD at Prairie View A&M University and also worked with Sports West Football, Maximum Sports and served as Senior Vice President of Perennial Sports and Entertainment. While at Perennial, he was very instrumental in the representation of the National Basketball Player’s Association (Referees), Major League Baseball Player’s Association (Umpires) and various athletes, professional teams and colleges and universities. His long range of duties has included communications, contract negotiation, marketing, endorsements and foundation management. Rouzan was also Managing Partner/CEO for Blue Chip Sports while holding financial designations at John Hancock and Wealth Development Strategies. While at Blue Chip, he was responsible for the execution and oversight of client promotions, cause marketing and public relations, foundation management and financial planning. Reggie has a plethora of experience and operated as a certified agent with the NFLPA and NBPA for over 10 years.

Mr. Rouzan received a Master’s of Science Degree in Sports Administration (1999) from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Relations (1998) from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He resides in Katy, TX. and is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Reggie has held memberships with the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America, Public Relations Society of America and National Association of Securities Dealers and is a licensed Registered Investment Adviser and Realtor.
