Glen Lansky - Owner/Partner of ESA and Certified NFL Contract Advisor

Partner in Law Firm of Lansky & Courtney P.L.  Glen received his  B.A. in Psychology/Sociology  from The  University of Michigan in 1990. He then received his Juris Doctorate in Law  from The University of Florida in 1993 at the young age of 23. He Resides in Lithia Florida with his wife Jill of 19 years and 3 children daughter Jordan 16 and sons, Kyle and Noah aged 13 and 8 respectively: Glen is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and  Attorney at Law for 17 years: Glen’s legal background is quite diverse and he possesses an abundance of knowledge and expertise in the areas of Criminal law, Family Law, Real Estate, Contracts and Estate Planning. He is a very respected member of the legal community and belongs to many legal organizations and has served as president of the Local Bar Organization. For several years. Craig resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife Jill and four amazing children (Andrew 15, Carter 12, Kaleigh 8, and Bryce 4) who will become your biggest fans!
Craig has an extreme passion for the game of  football and his clients. He prides himself on his unshaken integrity, honesty, and loyalty. His keen eye for talent and mastery of  managing the careers of his clients both during and after their football makes him a highly-respected agent by the front office personnel and scouts around the NFL. Reggie Rouzan - Director of Marketing and Finance.

As Director of Marketing and Finance, Reggie Rouzan contributes to the oversight of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the central office. His primary duties include recruiting, athletic media relations, promotions and financial advising.

Steve is a certified Canadian Football League, Arena, and Major League Baseball agent.  Steve attended Saint Leo University near Tampa, Florida, and is currently in school obtaining his MBA degree.  He as negotiated over 100 professional player contracts. He has been licensed in Florida as an Athlete Agent since 2003. Steve’s work-ethic and knowledge of all of the football league, including the United Football League and overseas leagues, helps ensure that all ESA players have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams of playing professional football. Alvin Grier - Agent Advisor/Director of Midwest Football Operations

Alvin earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees at Ferris State University.  While at Ferris State, Alvin was named to the All Conference team several times, and was once a Pre-Season All American, playing the free safety position.  Alvin is passionate about not only representing and working for athletes, but about empowering them as well.  In the spring of 2011, he created Get2TheLeague.com, a platform designed to teach aspiring and current pro football players the ins-and-outs of the world of professional football.  He resides in Detroit, Michigan with his wife and daughter.

Donte Robinson - Agent Advisor and Co-Director of West Coast operations.

Donte Robinson is one of the most respected young agents in the field today. Less than one year away from earning his Masters of Business Adminitration (MBA) from the University Of Phoenix. Donte is Canadian Football Certified agent with the goal of Contribting growth to Elite Sports Agency. His 'We before me motto" has landed him success at all levels with his clients. He has facilitated numerous playing contracts at the NFL level as well as the CFL level. Donte is married with twin girls. He lives in Seattle Wa with his beatiful wife Tanesha.
